This guide is for organizations that have received written authorization from Auditsuisse to display one of our compliance badges. If you have been granted permission, copy the snippet for your badge and paste it into your page — no script tag, no tracker, nothing to maintain.
## What an Auditsuisse badge means
An Auditsuisse badge identifies an engagement performed for the authorized organization. It does not replace the report or assessment, extend its scope or period, or guarantee continuing compliance. SOC 2 is an attestation report, not a certification. A private HIPAA assessment does not constitute HHS approval. A GDPR readiness assessment does not establish certification under GDPR Articles 42 and 43. Refer to the underlying engagement documents for the applicable scope, date or period, and limitations.
## Authorized use only
**These badges are copyrighted, proprietary works of Auditsuisse Assurance and incorporate our trademarked name and marks. They may not be used, copied, reproduced, displayed, or distributed without our express written permission, under any circumstances.**
Permission is granted on a per-organization, per-framework basis following a completed engagement, and may be withdrawn at any time. No licence, ownership interest, or right of use is created by this page, by accessing the badge files, or by their availability at a public URL. Unauthorized use is copyright and trademark infringement and we will pursue it.
If you have not been authorized in writing by Auditsuisse, do not use these badges. to ask about authorization.
## Terms of display
If you have been authorized, your permission is conditional on all of the following.
- **Reference the badge by link only.** Embed it from `auditsuisse.com` using the snippet exactly as provided. Do not download, copy, save, screenshot, mirror, re-host, or serve the artwork from your own servers, CDN, asset pipeline, or any third-party service.
- **Display only the badge that matches your engagement.** Use only a badge for a framework you have been audited against, with a report issued in your name. Do not display a badge for any other framework.
- **Do not alter the artwork.** No recoloring, cropping, rotating, masking, overlaying, adding text, or combining it with other marks. Scale it proportionally only, at 64px or larger so our name stays legible.
- **Keep the link to auditsuisse.com intact.** The badge must remain a live link to [auditsuisse.com](https://auditsuisse.com/) so viewers can identify the firm that performed the audit.
- **Do not imply endorsement or a broader relationship.** The badge attests only that we performed the stated engagement. It is not an endorsement of your products, security posture, or business, and it does not replace your report.
- **Remove the badge on request** or if your authorization lapses, is withdrawn, or your report is superseded.

The badge files are 216×216 with transparent corners, so the seal reads as a circle on a light, dark, or colored background — no wrapper div or `border-radius` needed. The `width` and `height` attributes set the display size; change both together so the badge scales proportionally and stays round. 216px is the native size, so it stays sharp on retina displays at the 88–108px used above. Always reference the file from `auditsuisse.com` — do not save or re-host a copy.
